Pharmaceutical/Medical

B-Pack® manufactures sterilisable films for the pharmaceutical/medical sector, specifically used as secondary packaging for infusion bags. The product’s advanced structural properties ensure excellent pack sealing afterheat treatment.

The structures available can be tailored to specific application requirements, ranging from barrier or barrier-free versions and in sealable or peelable versions.

PHARMACEUTICAL/MEDICAL

PEELABLE FILM WITHOUT GAS BARRIER

The materials are coextruded, suitable for lamination and/or thermoforming and able to withstand heat treatment for sterilisation in an autoclave. They are available in a peelable version providing excellent water vapour barrier properties.

PEELABLE PA/PP

- Caprolactam- and erucamide- free
- Sterilisable at high temperatures (125° C)
- Peelable, with high water vapour barrier

NON-PEELABLE FILM WITHOUT GAS BARRIER

FILM WITH GAS BARRIER

The materials are coextruded with a high gas barrier , suitable for lamination and/or thermoforming and able to withstand heat treatment for sterilisation in an autoclave. Available in a non-peelable version providing excellent gas and water vapour barrier properties.

Cosmetic

B-Pack® offers a range of coextruded barrier films for lamination in order to create structures for the cosmetic sector.
Flexible coextruded films for lamination with barrier properties against the migration of alcoholic components.

COSMETIC

SOLUTIONS FOR PACKAGING CLEANSING WIPES

B-Pack® manufactures a wide range of barrier films for highly technical and functional packaging applications in the cosmetic sector.

In particular, for solutions designed for the packaging of cleansing wipes, B-Pack® materials can be used to make laminates that guarantee not only an excellent seal, but also a high barrier to the migration of alcoholic components, thereby ensuring tightness of the layers and full permeability to the transfer of aromas.

SOLUTIONS FOR PACKAGING DISHWASHER FRESHENERS

B-Pack® manufactures a wide range of barrier films for highly technical and functional packaging applications in the cosmetic sector.

In particular, for solutions designed for the packaging of dishwasher fresheners, our barrier materials can be used to make laminates that guarantee not only an excellent sealing strength, but also a high barrier to the migration of alcoholic components, thereby ensuring tightness of the layers and safeguarding the packaged lotion with a gradual release of the fragrance after opening.
