B-Pack® presents a range of multilayer barrier films made with CAST and BLOWN
technology.
The company makes use of 4 production lines, recently manufactured by Colines
Group, and a lab line.
- 2 BLOWN lines 5 layers (2006 and 2008)
- 1 CAST lines 5 layers (2006)
- 1 CAST lines 7 layers (2005)
- 1 pilot cast lines/calendar unit 5 layers (2008)
The integrated checking on the lines allows a non-stop monitoring of the critical
elements in order to guarantee a high reliability of the products’quality:
- Inspection instruments equipped with telecameras
- Infra-red system for the distribution control of barrier layers (EVOH and PA)
- Thickness meter
- Gravimetric systems for the mixing of the components and for the lines’ feeding.
